THE SPACE BETWEEN is an immersive meditation experience designed to help you slow down enough to notice patterns—and create space to respond differently.

Using guided meditation, intentional breathwork, sound frequencies, binaural beats, and headphones that allow you to hear both the music and my voice, we’ll explore the space between stimulus and response, thought and action, feeling and reaction.
$30/ticket.
