This calm, motivating, balancing and invigorating series, is suitable for all
"modified (physio) yoga practice, adapted for confidence and challenge"
Practice a healthy, safe, strengthening and balancing series of yoga postures. Modifications provided, accessible even to those who are overly tight or in-flexible, returning from injury, illness or a long period of in-activity.
Special attention to your Back, Knees, Shoulders and Core
Whether you're newer to the mat, or an established practitioner, these inclusive, modified, well balanced HATHA YOGA classes are suitable for all, including Beginners, Experienced, Oldies, Newbies, Fit and Un-fit
This series is great if you are:
Returning after injury/illness/lapse in practice or exercise
Particularly "stiff or in-flexible"
A bit "out of shape" "beaten" or "broken"
Want to stabilise/strengthen joints, improve core strength/stability
Prefer a calm pace, to feel welcomed and challenged
Really active (cyclists; runners) and need extra attention to hip/shoulder/hamstring/spine flexibility and mobility

When purchasing a term or series of yoga, you will be provided a place in that class for the duration of the 12 wk term or 6 wk series.
Once the term/series has commenced, participants may swap to an alternative class within the 12/6 weeks validity period, when arranged in advance.
Class bookings may be cancelled/changed, via your momoyoga account, no less than 8 hours before the start of the class.
Regrettably there are no refunds for missed classes or late cancellations.
