TERMS & CONDITIONS
When enrolling as a student of 4DogsDown Yoga, you agree to the terms and conditions as laid out below and on 4DogsDown website www.4dogsdown.com.
GENERAL
-All purchases of services (classes, workshops, events) are non-refundable.
-Purchases of products are only refundable in new and unused condition up to 14 days after purchase.
-All students must have a unique online account associated with a unique email address. Friends and family members may not share the same email address.
-Every effort is made to hold class on time. The schedule is subject to change without prior notice. Please check the online schedule for the most up-to-date information. 4DogsDown is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason.
-Please arrive at no more than 15 minutes before class and check in at reception before each class.
-Payment must be made upon booking. Exceptions to this policy apply to classes listed in the schedule/description as free or donation-based class.
-While we make every effort to maintain as safe and calm environment, 4DogsDown is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings.
-The front doors will be locked 10 minutes into every class. For safety reasons, no one arriving 10 or more minutes late for class is permitted entry.
-Students must complete and submit a Waiver of Liability or have one on file prior to booking classes. You agree that you have been examined by a qualified medical practitioner within the past six months and have been found by such practitioner to be in good physical health and physically able to perform all yoga classes. It is the responsibility of the student to notify teachers of any previous injury, illness, or conditions that may impact their practice. Some classes at 4DogsDown may be physically strenuous and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death.
-In attending classes at 4DogsDown, you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against 4DogsDown or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
-4DogsDown reserves the right to refuse entry. Terms, Conditions, and Fees are subject to change without prior notification. By booking into a class you automatically agree to the above terms & conditions.
CLASS CANCELLATIONS & BOOKING ETIQUETTE
-If you do not show up for a class, you will not be charged for it and you will be removed from the class. In an effort to provide a comfortable and calm environment, space in classes are limited. Please cancel if you are unable to attend a class or workshop in order to make your space available to others. Credits will not be provided for classes canceled by the student.
-Workshop and event cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the start of the reserved workshop or event. If you do not attend or cancel within 24 hours of start time, you will be fully charged for the workshop and credits will not be issued. Workshops, events and trainings are non-refundable.
YOGA CLASSES
If you have a mat, towel, water bottle, etc bring them. However, we do have a limited amount of yoga mats to lend. Bottled water is provided and is donation-based.
Shoes are not allowed on the foam yoga floor. Please remove shoes in the carpeted entry area and silence cell phones prior to the beginning of class.
CLASS PASSES
-First Class Free Pass: available to new students only and can be used once.
-10 Class Pass: expires 3 months after first use.
Class passes that have yet to be used may have the amount of the pass transferred to a different package as long as any difference in value is paid upon transfer.
Class passes may not be shared between students.
MEMBERSHIPS
Unlimited weeks, months and years may not be shared.
-Monthly memberships: expire 30 days after activation and must be renewed by the student.
-Unlimited Recurring Memberships: automatically renewed every 30 days.
Should the monthly auto-renewal fail for any reason, you will be assessed a $30 fee and the membership may be cancelled or converted to a Monthly Membership. It is your responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds available to cover the monthly auto-renewal. Should a payment be declined for any reason, 4DogsDown reserves the right to process payment at any time to settle any debt owed. 4DogsDown is not responsible for additional bank fees that you may incur from your bank. Bank fees are under the terms and conditions of contractual agreements that lie between you and your bank. That being said, if you are encountering some difficulty, please contact us as we are ready and willing to work with you.
Recurring memberships can be paused for any reason for 1 month per calendar year. Recurring memberships can be paused for up to 3 months per calendar year for physical difficulties with a note from your doctor. Your subsequent monthly auto-payment will shift forward by a commensurate number of calendar days. Pause requests must be in made in writing by emailing Birdietheboss@4dogsdown.com. Please allow 48 hours to process request. Recurring memberships can be cancelled at any time in writing by emailing Birdietheboss@4dogsdown.com. Please allow 48 hours to receive and process your cancelation request.
4DogsDown reserves the right to cancel memberships/passes at any time.
