Mirjam van Hasselt is a certified 5Rhythms teacher in waves (2011) and Heartbeat (2015) and Yoga teacher (2020)
She is teaching a blend of 5Rhythms movement classes, yoga and chakra workshops.
Her love for outdoor movement and nature lands in dancing outdoors and on the beach, but also in walking and moment journeys in the desert and on the "waddeneilanden"
She has a particular love for the chakra's. Where she combines the wisdom of the chakras with movement and yoga.

gewoon omdat het zo ontzettend lekker is...
We dansen in de buurt van Parnassia aan zee, Bloemendaal aan het strand.
Als je het strand op loopt bij Parnassia naar het zuiden, terug richting Bloemendaal aan zee. Een klein stukje verder vindt je ons.
Tussen Parnassia en de zeilvereniging ergens...

Routebeschrijving / Route
Je kan natuurlijk je eigen route vinden via Google Maps naar Parnassia aan Zee, we zullen iets ten zuiden daarvan op het strand zijn.
Hieronder wat suggesties om er te komen.
Met de auto
Je kan hier je auto parkeren (betaald) op het parkeerterrein van Parnassia aan Zee.
Vanaf door loop je naar het strand en in zuidelijke richting.
De locatie bevindt zich tussen Parnassia aan zee en de zeilvereniging in.
Met OV en fiets
kan je of naar station Haarlem of Zandvoort gaan en of met een OV fiets komen, dan parkeer je je fiets bij Parnassia aan Zee.
Vanaf door loop je naar het strand en in zuidelijke richting.
De locatie bevindt zich tussen Parnassia aan zee en de zeilvereniging in.
Of je neemt bus 81 of 84 naar halte "Bloemendaal - Camping de Lakens" en dan is het nog een klein half uurtje lopen over het strand in noordelijke richting.

Wandelen over het strand
De lange wandeling over het stand vanuit Zandvoort is ruim een uur tot 1,5 uur
Je komt langs de zeilvereniging, voordat je bij Parnassia komt zie je ons.

By car,
Here You can park (paid) at the parking of "Parnassia aan Zee."
From here you walk south.
The location is between "Parnassia aan zee" at the sailing club.
with public transport and bike /bus
Go to station Haarlem or Zandvoort and take the "OV bike"
Park your bike at "Parnassia aan Zee."

Or you take bus 81 of 84 to stop "Bloemendaal - Camping de Lakens" from there its a little less then half a hour walk on the beach, directiion north. (between the sailing club and "Parnassia aan zee.")
