What to expect:
Poses, Breathing, Floating. (Ashtanga primary sequence and some).
Follow me as I flow from one pose to another with a firm focus on the breath. Join in for a classroom environment of being prompted through the sequence and connecting to our yoga community. This class can be likened to a moving meditation experience. It's simple and quiet however very invigorating. Both your body and mind will feel alert and clear for it. The class will start and end with breathing awareness, chanting and inspirational words. As always I am intuitively guided with how to pace and run each session. Trust that I am listening to what your spirit is seeking at this time.
Yoga is a fluid, flowing and evolving system. This style of practice encourages us to show up ready and eager to meet whatever arises within us. Through focus and discipline, you will learn to let go of tension and embrace peace of mind.
If you are a first time yogi, this class might feel a bit overwhelming as there is limited instructions detailing the anatomy of the poses. The Thursday night class will suit you a first time yogi. Look out for the next Learn Yoga Course!
Bring to class:
Hand towel, mat, one blanket and any yoga props you may already have in your home.
We have a 2 hour cancellation policy, no charge for rescheduling or cancellation before this time, full charge after. Please be sure to book 30 minutes before class commences to ensure you receive the password for this session.
