What to expect:
A huge dollop of soft, sweet, relaxation.
It is important that you have complete silence around you while taking this class.
If you can't make the class I recommend you book yourself in, and a recording of the class will be sent to you after each session. You will access to it via a link and password for the duration of 7 days.

It is a time for allowing ourselves to be loved. Allowing everything to slow down enough to catch ourselves and to see that we are watching who we are. Through gentle and supportive yoga poses there is an opportunity to be quiet and still while gaining access to another perspective of inward reflection. Our daily duties can often take us further away from remembering the way to connect to our innate spiritual self. So each week we practice to remember the path inward through softness and sweet, loving guidance.

Who can do it:
Perfect for the first time yogi.

This class is an experience of deep rest that is rejuvenating and restorative for your body and mind. The emphasis is on physical support, nervous system regulation and constructive rest.

The class will start and end with breathing awareness. As always I am intuitively guided with how to pace and run each session. Trust that I am listening to what your spirit is seeking at this time.

Yoga is a fluid, flowing and evolving system. This style of yoga is very therapeutic and people of all levels can benefit from the nurturing. Through gentle moves, stillness and quiet space you will learn to let go of tension and embrace peace of mind.

This is suitable for a complete beginner, anyone recovering from injuring or illness. You will be guided all the way.

Bring to class:
Blankets (2 or 3)
Bolsters
Yoga belt and foam blocks
And if you don't have any yoga props, don't worry, even a few thick towels and cushions will do just fine.

We have a 2 hour cancellation policy, no charge for rescheduling or cancellation before this time, full charge after. Please be sure to book 30 minutes before class commences to ensure you receive the password for this session.
