Flow and Restore is a great way to let go of the events of the day, start a quiet evening and promote restful sleep.
We flow with mindful movement, quieting down the movements of the mind, connecting the mind and the body through the breath and paying attention to what is.
We restore with breathwork and yoga nidra, using props to support the body into rest and relaxation.
