Welcome and Introduction
* 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM: Registration and Welcome
* Guests check-in
* Preparing for the class (sunscreen, water, mosquitos spray)
Morning Yoga Session
⋅ 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM: Beachside Yoga
* Focus on breathing exercises (Pranayama) and sun salutations to energize and prepare for the day
* Energising morning yoga session on the beach to awaken the body and mind
* Group meditation with guided visualization to enhance relaxation and mental clarity
Small Break for Swim and Breakfast
⋅ 11:00 AM – 11:30 AM: Picnic
* Please take your healthy breakfast (Fresh fruits, salads, and sandwiches)
SUP Basics and Safety
⋅ 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM: Stand-Up Paddleboarding
* Briefing on SUP equipment and safety protocols.
* Demonstration of basic paddling techniques and balance exercises
* Try a series of yoga poses adapted for the paddleboard, focusing on core strength, balance, and stability
Lunch
⋅ 1:30 PM – 2:00 PM: in the nearby Restaurant
* Gather for a closing circle to reflect on the day’s experiences
* Sharing of thoughts, feelings, and personal insights
Afternoon Relaxation
⋅ 2:00 PM – open end: on the beach
