Description
Pilates Mat class, this class involves a series of exercises that will help elongate your body by stretching and strengthening your muscles at the same time.

All levels welcome Pilates Flow class!
A moment to let go, breathe and relax. This class creates strength, flexibility, and full-body balance. Open your shoulders, hips and mind
.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes in advance to set up your mat gather equipment needed for class. Students may enter the class up to 10 minutes after scheduled start time without being marked as a no-show!
From Bus Station - Wilhelm-Hertz Str:
1.Head to Building 202.
2.Take the stairs to the next level.
3.Walk straight ahead through the gate.
4.Look for a brown-red building with a sign that reads “Tropika.”
5.Turn right and proceed to the front corner of the building.
6.Look for the door with the sign “YoCo”—that’s us!
From Tram Station - Schwabinger Tor:
1.head toward the small street between the “Edeka” shop and the “La Bohème” restaurant.
2.Keep to the right as you walk toward the brown-red building with the “Tropika” sign.
3.Take the ramp up to the entrance.
4.Look for the door marked “YoCo”—that’s where you’ll find us!
