Description
This class is specifically designed to alleviate back pain and strengthen the muscles supporting the spine. Through gentle stretches, mindful movements, and strengthening exercises, participants will learn how to release tension, improve posture, and support a healthy back. All movements based on yoga.

From Bus Station - Wilhelm-Hertz Str:
1.Head to Building 202.
2.Take the stairs to the next level.
3.Walk straight ahead through the gate.
4.Look for a brown-red building with a sign that reads “Tropika.”
5.Turn right and proceed to the front corner of the building.
6.Look for the door with the sign “YoCo”—that’s us!
From Tram Station - Schwabinger Tor:
1.head toward the small street between the “Edeka” shop and the “La Bohème” restaurant.
2.Keep to the right as you walk toward the brown-red building with the “Tropika” sign.
3.Take the ramp up to the entrance.
4.Look for the door marked “YoCo”—that’s where you’ll find us!
