Life is not easy when we are angry. When we are not mindful with the anger, very often we speak/do something that hurt ourselves and the others. However, with Mindfulness, it is possible to transform our anger into understanding, kindness and love.
In this workshop, Vanessa will share some Mindfulness practices to help you to take care of the anger. We will go within and explore the reasons why we feel angry. Once we look within us, we will understand that the anger is not necessarily an enemy. It is here to remind us to take care of ourselves and needs.
Workshop includes:
- Sitting Meditation
- Yoga
- Deep Body Relaxation
- Self-Discovery (Lecture & Journaling)
Please bring:
- yoga mat
- journal book and a pen
Everyone is welcome, with or without any yoga experience.

About Vanessa Wong:
Vanessa started her Mindfulness practice in 2016 when she had her first Yoga teacher training. Mindfulness has provided her with new ways to face the lessons life throws at her and deepened her understanding of herself, her body and mind. It has been a great support for her emotional needs which brings more harmony into her life.
She is dedicated to integrate Mindfulness into her teaching, practice and daily life. She started teaching Yoga and Mindfulness in Stavanger since 2018. Her teaching focuses on grounding and self-understanding, which are the keys to a better connection with yourself and others.
