Morning Yin Yang Flow focuses on energizing and nourishing the body, it will brighten you up and make a good start for the weekend. In this class, we will start with long-held Yin practice after a long night sleep, to stretch our deep connective tissues, joints and ligaments in the body. After Yin practice, we will move to gentle Vinyasa flow, working on our muscles and blood flow, building strength, stamina and most importantly, giving us amazing energy for the whole weekend.
