First practice the 'musicbox' before starting on this one. I think this combo is super elegant and beautiful to use in a choreo as you wish!

We used to call it the 'hamstringsnijder' which means 'hamstringcutter' since it doesn't fell very comfortable on your hamstring to push your leg up into the split.
