PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING

CANCELLATION POLICY - We understand that unavoidable circumstances arise and appointments have to be cancelled or rescheduled. Remember, cancellation and/or rescheduling must be made 12 hours prior to your appointment. No-shows or late cancellation/reschedule will be charged the full drop-in rate or a deduction from your series class pass will be taken. It also affect your upcoming booking privileges.

We reserve the right to cancel a class if minimum enrollments are not met. In which case, all course fees will be fully refunded.

FACILITY GUIDELINES

Access

Akasa Yoga is dedicated to providing a safe and secure environment. All members are required to book the class before entering the studio.

Dress code

Long hair should be pulled back.

No jewelry, belts, or clothing with zippers allowed.

Do not use lotions prior to the class.

Outdoor shoes

All outside shoes must be put on the trays at the front entrance.

Lockers

Personal belongings may not be taken into workout areas. Items of value may be stored in security lockers. All lockers are for day use only and are cleared each night. You may bring your own padlock or use the lock we provided. Akasa Yoga is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Lost and found

Lost and found items are held for 3 days, after which they are disposed. Personal items such as razors and hairbrushes will not be kept for hygienic reasons. Akasa Yoga is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Cell phones

Cell phones should not be used in the studio.

Smoking policy

There is no smoking anywhere on Akasa Yoga property. This includes parking lots.

Sensitivities to scents

Some members have severe allergies or sensitivities to strong scents. Please restrict the use of perfumes, colognes, hairsprays and body sprays.

Food and drink

Food and drink are not permitted in the studio.

Image recording devices

For personal security and privacy, photography and video recording are not permitted anywhere in the facility. Any exception to this protocol is only with expressed permission of our staff. The use of any image recording device in a suspicious manner should be brought to the attention of a staff member immediately.
