An energetic Yoga Flow freeing the energy in your body and mind.
In this Flow, we move with music for 75min.
We start checking in with our bodily sensations and breath, setting an intention.
We awaken the body and let it speak & flow within different sequences, according to awaken and balance a certain typ of energy (Chakras) and Element (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Either, Sound, Space).
We wind down, mostly with a heart opener and a soft & soothing relaxation.
