Yin & Yang: Grounding Class

A grounding class to help with seasonal transitions. We start with yin poses, which are relaxing and allow you to quietly focus on the breath in longer holds. Then we move to a few standing forward folds that will bring in a sense of calm and peace. A closing savanna with a breathing practice to balance the elements.
* Using a new studio space this class is a little dark, but I have made lighting adjustments for next time.
