Using the chair as a prop, we allow our breath to set the pace of our movements as we move through the seated and standing poses. A class of breathwork with poses for balancing, strengthening, and lengthening our body. A useful class if recovering from an injury, if you do not feel comfortable sitting on a mat, and/or if you would like gentle and beneficial body movement. The class has a strong social connection and feel, as we all sit in chairs and can look at one another, but keeping the video off for online classes is always an option.
