OnLine Class - A chair class - using the chair as support, whether sitting in it, standing beside it, or lying our legs up on it, we fully embrace the chair for the access it allows us to move our bodies, explore our breath, and meditate. This class is for those who no longer want to be on a mat, or due to body conditions, need the chair's support.
