This dynamic Vinyasa Yoga class follows the structure of the traditional Jivamukti Yoga sequence, “Spiritual Warrior.” The teacher guides the practice with clear asana cues and breath counts, ensuring a balanced and complete flow. Designed to be completed in one hour, this session is suited for anyone with basic yoga experience, who wishes to deepen their connection to the breath and explore movement in a dynamic and at the same time intuitive way.

80 Min Class. A Jivamukti open class is taught in a Vinyasa Stile and presents classical Yoga teachings: energetic and challenging asana sequences, alignment, hands-on assistance, chanting, breath awareness, relaxation, meditation and spiritual teaching. Music accompanies the class, matching the rhythm of the sequences. This class welcomes practitioners of all levels. You can work at your own pace as Asana options will be provided for beginners, intermediate and advanced students. It is advisable to have Yoga experience.
