Book-end your week with a swift morning flow on Monday and Friday at 6:30am. This 30 minute live online class is created for those of you who may not be able to get to the studio, but still want to set a slide some time for mindful movement on a regular basis, with the support of a class setting.

Our highly skilled teachers will lead the group in an energizing sequence designed to leave you feeling your best for the day ahead. Classes will be 30 mins in length leaving you with time for meditation, journaling or to enjoy a peaceful cup of coffee or tea before setting about your day.
Feel free to practice in your PJs or however you are most comfortable.
