Yoga For Men - Tuesday Evening With Valerie. SEMI PRIVATE CLASS

Description
This men only semi-private class will have no more than 6 attendees, and is designed to build on strength and flexibility.
Whether, physically active all day or you spend most of your day seated at a desk, you will be sure to reap rewards from beginning a Yoga Practise,
Participants will be guided through sequences of poses which will challenge you without being competitive. Each session will end in Savasana; a time to let your brain and body fully relax and unwind for the evening.
