One of the greatest things about yoga is that it only works if we show up. Sometimes it works even more powerfully on the days that we may not feel the most motivated or entusiastic! As for the days that we are excited to practice, well, the reward there is built easily into the experience. The key is consistency. Showing up for ourselves daily is a commitment and your dedication to your practice is also a tremendous inspiration!
