An hour long class ideal for all levels. This session will feature a sequence of sun salutations, standing and seated postures and will also focus on breathing techniques to help bring mental clarity and steadiness - a great way to start your day.

A lunch time hour of Yoga. This class will be a more gentle approach with a focus on creating flexibility and strength in the hips , legs and back.

Mysore Style is the traditional format of practicing and teaching Ashtanga Yoga, where the student moves through the sequence in their own time - guided and assisted by the teacher. It's a much more immersive (and fulfilling , in my opinion) way of learning Ashtanga Yoga. Everyone is taught individually , like having a private lesson within a group setting. Each session begins at 6 am (7am on Wednesdays) so you can start at any time between 6 and 7 am , with your practice finishing by 8am (9 am finish on Weds)
NB - You *do not* need to know the sequence - the role of the teacher ( ie me!) is to guide you through the sequence.

A 60 minute level 2 session. This weekly class will be prop (chairs , blocks belts etc) heavy- using various techniques and methods from different yoga practices to help maintain a strong flexible body and mind.

Ashtanga Yoga - half primary plus. A 90 minute session working through the Ashtanga Yoga primary series plus looking at postures from the second half of the sequence.
