Description
Mysore Style is the traditional format of practicing and teaching Ashtanga Yoga, where the student moves through the sequence in their own time - guided and assisted by the teacher. It's a much more immersive (and fulfilling , in my opinion) way of learning Ashtanga Yoga. Everyone is taught individually , like having a private lesson within a group setting. Each session begins at 6 am (7am on Wednesdays) so you can start at any time between 6 and 7 am , with your practice finishing by 8am.
NB - You *do not* need to know the sequence - the role of the teacher ( ie me!) is to guide you through the sequence.
