Description
Once a week in a mysore program we are practicing traditional Ashtanga led class. We advise you to join this class if you already have an established ashtanga practice, or the teacher has already advised you to join this class after you have joined a number of mysore classes and started to memorize the sequence. This class is guided in a steady pace, with Sanskrit counting and less instructions than in regular yoga classes taught in most yoga studios.
Class typically lasts about 80-90 min. After a short break, we will continue the session with a 15min of meditation and 15min of pranayama/ breathing exercises.
