Yoga found Paula when a dear friend invited her to attend a community class in April of 2021 and she fell in love with changes she saw in herself, both inside and out. When given the opportunity to be a part of the first ever 200-hour yoga teacher training available in Harlingen through Yoga Alliance and at Aum Yoga Studio, she jumped at the chance. She is a firm believer in the power that positivity can bring in a group fitness setting, and she wants to share this with anyone who attends her classes. Paula was born and raised in Northern Maine and moved to South Texas in 1991. She has three children and has had the privilege of being a stay-at-home mom to them with the support of her beloved husband.

Description

Join Paula for simple, strong and straightforward yoga poses and sequences. The use of mudras, mantras, and mediation will round out this practice. All levels of practitioners are welcome. Please bring your mat, two blocks and a strap. There must be at least two students for this class to make. Download the momoyoga app for easy access.
