Exploring several ways to meditate. Practice will include, breathing, stretching, experiencing Dristi, tratak, focused meditation, guided, body scanning, yoga nidra, sound meditation, walking meditation. Using mala beads, mudras and the Significance of mantras. (For serious students, a personal mantra will be given). Setting up your sacred space.
