Booking & Cancellation Policies
THE SPACE AT THE STUDIO IS LIMITED AND PRE BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL.
THERE IS A 2 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY IN PLACE.
Manage your attendance thoughtfully. Not showing up without cancelling online means somebody else can’t have your space – please cancel your place ahead of time; we really don’t want to disallow online booking to those who are repeat no-shows.
Refund Policy
- All payments are non-refundable or transferable for any reason. The cancellation policy applies to all studio users.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. No refunds given for lowered prices, the same as we will not ask you to pay more for an increased price after your payment is received.
- Class Passes cannot be extended beyond their expiration date.
Booking
- All classes must be pre paid.
- All classes at the studio must be booked online.
- Classes can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance and up to 10 minutes prior to the class start time.
- If the class appears to be fully booked you can click the "Add to Waitlist". If someone cancels, you will be notified by email that the spot has become available and it is booked for you.
Cancellations & No Shows
- Cancellations should be made via your login account at the studio's page or at the MomoYoga app, we do not accept cancellations by phone or email.
- We operate a strict 2-hour cancellation policy for all our classes as the space at the studio is limited due to the COVID-19 Government Guidelines. All cancellations made with less than 2 hours, note that one class will be deducted from your studio user’s class pass account.
Early Cancellation - Classes
- Classes can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the class start time without incurring a charge of a class pass.
Late Cancel - Classes
- If a class cancellation is made 2 hours or less prior to the class start time, the class credit will be deducted from the studio user’s class pass account.
- No exceptions will be made for any reason. No refund will be given for the class, nor will it be returned to your account.
No Show - Classes
- If studio users fail to turn up for class without prior notice (“no-show”), the class will be deducted from your studio user’s class pass account. No refund will be given for the class.
Waiting Lists - Classes
- When a space becomes available in class 2 hours or more prior to the class start time, the first studio user on the waiting list will be added to the class and the booking system will email the studio user a notification. Once the email is send to you, the spot will be considered booked for you. In case you do not see it or not cancel or no show, normal booking terms apply and the class will be deducted from your studio user’s class pass account. Note that you will only be notified by email. In the App, your status will automatically change to 'BOOKED'. No further notification will appear.
Class Changes, Substitutions & Change of Teacher
- Classes may be cancelled by the management, teachers may be substituted or removed, class times may be altered or the days on which they operate may change. No refunds are given because of timetable changes.
