Description
Our Mysore 101 Program is for folks interested in joining our small group classes, from the absolute beginner to Yoga, to those who have experience with Yoga interested in making the transition to a daily, teacher supported personal practice, or even more experienced Ashtanga Yoga practitioners wanting to go back to the basics to develop more consistent practice habits and patterns.
This four-week course will help you develop a daily yoga practice that is sustainable and fulfilling. In each class, you will be guided, step by step, in a clear and methodical manner as we introduce the basic breathing and focusing techniques through the foundational postures of Ashtanga Yoga’s primary series.
Our goal is to help you become comfortable with the breathing and focusing techniques, to develop skill in the postures and commit your practice sequence to memory.
