Description
A dynamic, movement based practise where poses flow together in time with the breath. This fluid style of yoga offers a perfect balance of physical effort & mental ease.
Studies have shown that yoga is a great way to build strength, flexibility and balance in the body while also offering a way to calm the mind and reduce stress.
This class is dynamic but options and modifications are offered throughout to ensure it remains accessible.
Props are provided though do feel free to bring your own!
