Description

Vinyasa Flow yoga is a dynamic, movement based practise where poses flow together in line with the breath. This style of yoga offers a perfect balance of physical effort and mental ease. Studies have shown that yoga is a great way to build strength, flexibility and balance in the body while also providing a way to calm the mind and reduce stress.

Please note that while this class is dynamic, options and modifications are offered throughout to ensure it remains accessible.

Props are provided though do feel free to bring your own!
