Description
Studies have shown that yoga is a great way to build strength, flexibility and balance in the body while also offering a way to calm the mind and reduce stress. Vinyasa Flow yoga is a dynamic, movement based practise where poses flow together in time with the breath offering a perfect balance of physical effort and mental ease.
Please note that while this class is dynamic, options and modifications are offered throughout to ensure it remains accessible.
Props are provided though do feel free to bring your own!
