Join our Ashtanga Mysore Yoga classes in Groningen and start building and /or deepening a yoga practice that truly belongs to you, a practice that supports you throughout the chaos and seasons of life!

Practicing and teaching Ashtanga Yoga in the Ashtanga Mysore Yoga style is the traditional way of teaching and practicing this way of yoga as done in the city of Mysore, India - and anyone who’s tasted practice this way finds it truly magic and doesn’t want to go back to another way of yoga practice.

In the Ashtanga Mysore Yoga class setting you learn to establish and progress in a yoga practice that is truly yours. You practice under 1-on-1 guidance of an experienced teacher in a supportive group setting, learning is step-by-step taking into consideration your capacity, needs, season and life situation, without any dogma or overwhelm.
