Traci has taken yoga classes on and off for many years. During the turbulence of the pandemic, she realized she had become a faded rose-someone who had forgotten her purpose. She started streaming yoga classes again and soon realized the combination of breath work, gentle stretching and flowing movement brought her peace and harmony in a very self-appreciating fashion. She recently completed her YTT 200 in vinyasa yoga, and her approach combines those components that brought her peace. She invites every body to join her and embrace what makes us all unique and beautiful.

Description

A class we describe as meditation in motion, suitable for all levels of experience and/or ability. Each class includes breathwork and meditative asana (poses), concluding with savasana, a period of deep relaxation that feels wonderful and helps to embody and process all that's come before. This in-studio class meets Tuesdays at 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM and Saturdays at 9:00 AM.
