Five Week Beginning Yoga Series w/Traci

Traci has taken yoga classes on and off for many years. During the turbulence of the pandemic, she realized she had become a faded rose-someone who had forgotten her purpose. She started streaming yoga classes again and soon realized the combination of breath work, gentle stretching and flowing movement brought her peace and harmony in a very self-appreciating fashion. She recently completed her YTT 200 in vinyasa yoga, and her approach combines those components that brought her peace. She invites every body to join her and embrace what makes us all unique and beautiful.

Description

Traci's introductory class combines breath work, gentle stretching, and flowing movement to bring peace and harmony to yogis who share her practice! Class begins with a quick overview on the principles of yoga and proper usage of yoga props before moving into a brief meditation. Then we will flow through a gentle yoga sequence with modifications before we cool down in preparation for savasana. There will be time for questions at the end of each class.
