Be prepared to sweat, have fun and challenging yourself to the maximum. Ashtanga is the ultimate practice for all levels and the mother of all modern vinyasa and power yoga practices. Primary Series is the target for core, strength and flexibility. The sequences include postures such as sun salutations, standing, balancing, seated and twisting asanas with a series of backbending, shoulderstand and headstand.
