This dynamic and holistic yoga experience not only benefits your physical body but also calms the mind and nurtures the soul.

Please be on time for your in person class, plan to arrive no less than 10 min. prior to class to get set up and warm up.
Our entrance door locks once the session starts for safety and to reduce distractions during our sessions. Wear loose comfortable clothes: sweat pants, t-shirt & socks. No need to bring a yoga mat.
Please remember to bring your water with you.
