Please be on time for your in person class, plan to arrive no less than 10 min. prior to class to get set up.
Our entrance door locks once the session starts for safety and to reduce distractions during our sessions. Wear loose comfortable clothes: sweat pants, t-shirt & socks. No need to bring a yoga mat. If you like meditating with your favorite crystals, bring them with you.
Please remember to bring your water bottle.
