Our website, www.bodyplusbrainhealing.com, offers online scheduling software called Momoyoga, which allows visitors to book classes, workshops, and sessions.
Payments can be made using credit card payment through Momoyoga or via Zelle transfer, which is a quick & free payment option.

Services Offered:
Body + Brain Healing Center offers a variety of holistic health and wellness services, including but not limited to group and private sessions for Yoga, TaiChi/QiGong, Meditation, Energy Flow, health and wellness coaching, body buffing, and energy healing sessions.
Services are available in-person (LIVE), online, and as on-demand recordings.
Cancellation Policy:
At Body + Brain Healing Center, we wholeheartedly prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of our cherished clients, as well as the seamless operation of our services. To maintain this commitment, we kindly request that all appointments be honored or canceled within the specified timeframe. In the event of missed appointments or "no-shows," we reserve the right to charge the full session fee or deduct the session credit, as outlined below. This policy has been thoughtfully designed to ensure a smooth and efficient schedule, leading to the best possible experience for each and every one of our valued clients. We wish to assure you that emergency situations will always be handled with the utmost care and understanding.
Cancellation Notice Periods:
Private One-on-One Sessions: A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for private one-on-one sessions.
In-Person Group Class Reservations: A 12-hour cancellation notice is required for in-person group class reservations.
Online Class Reservations: A minimum of 1-hour cancellation notice is required for online class reservations.
By adhering to these cancellation notice periods, you contribute significantly to the success of our studio and demonstrate a profound respect for the time and dedication of our practitioners. We genuinely appreciate your cooperation and understanding, and we remain committed to providing exceptional care and service to each member of our community. If you encounter any unforeseen emergencies, please do not hesitate to communicate with us, and we will work together to find a suitable solution.
Membership Holds and Changes:
All requests for membership holds or other changes must be made in writing and presented by email to bodyplusbrainhealing@gmail.com, including the starting and ending dates for the hold.
1-Year Unlimited Memberships can be put on hold for up to a maximum of 90 days (in 30-day increments) within a 12-month period, measured from the first day of the first freeze in the 12-month period.
In special cases, such as pregnancy, health issues accompanied by a doctor's diagnosis, personal injury making training impossible, or active military duty, Body + Brain Healing Center may permit a member to freeze a membership for longer than 90 days, subject to reasonable verification.
6-Month Unlimited Memberships can be put on hold for up to a maximum of 60 days (in 30-day increments).
3-Month Unlimited Memberships can be put on hold for up to a maximum of 30 days.
Non-Transferable Classes and Memberships:
Purchased classes are personal to the purchaser and are not assignable or transferable. However, this condition does not apply to Gift Certificates.
All purchases of a group class membership are final and not eligible for a refund. In case of cancellations for any reason already mentioned in these terms, the remaining balance can be donated to a scholarship fund or a chosen recipient.
Age Restriction:
At Body + Brain Healing Center, we take joy in embracing participants of all ages into our classes and sessions, fostering a holistic and inclusive environment. However, to make purchases through our website or participate in our services, individuals must be at least 18 years of age. For participants under the age of 18 who wish to experience our transformative offerings, we require the presence of an adult who will sign them up and assume responsibility for adhering to all terms and conditions on their behalf.
In-person attendance for classes is open to participants who are at least 13 years of age or older and have the ability to follow instructions while respecting the experience of others. This guideline aims to ensure a focused and harmonious atmosphere during our sessions.
