Description
This class is designed to help you rebuild strength and stability after the birth of your child and foster confidence and community, in a supportive group environment.
Time is taken to learn good breathing habits, building functional core strength. Breath led movements and relaxation practices help to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing stress and anxiety.
General advice is to begin from 6 weeks natural birth and 10 weeks post caesarean. Best suited for babies up until crawling.
A mat, blanket, block and bolster are provided or BYO if you prefer your own.
The class is held at 6 Browallia Place Port Macquarie. You can park in the front carpark or on the street. From the front of the block, you will see a sign that says Dr Stuart Kennedy, walk around to the left of the building, you will find the yoga studio at the back.
