Be curious, come play as we find a different perspective in a more work-shop based class - laying the foundation for Sirsasana (head-stand). (NB). Working into a full head-stand takes years of practice and dedication. We will be touching only on the basics, learning how to utilise the core and preparatory shoulder-work and arm strength.
