Description
This session is for anyone interested in understanding their body better so that they can improve the health of the muscles of the pelvis and abdomen, (and much more!)

During the session you will learn what the muscles look like, where they are located, and how to look after them with easy yet very effective exercises.

You will go home with a short sequence that you can practice regularly at home.

This workshop will be led by Jane Collins.
