Stephanie has been practicing Yoga since 1995 and a certified teacher since 2006.
She believes in integrating whole body and mind awareness into her classes often using breathwork, visualization and meditations.
She is also a Licensed Massage Therapist, Ayurvedic Health Counselor, owner of Just Breathe Wellness and co-owner of Celestial Wellness.
