Align and Flow

Description

A creative sequencing of movements that links with the breath where there will
be an emphasis on our alignment as we build strength. In a led practice, we
move at our own pace in time with our breath with some repetitive movement
and then invite the body to hold in to some of the positions. The aim is to invite
the body to become familiar with the shapes in preparation of holding. This is a
mindful practice - bringing a conscious awareness to the body and breath, it
helps to soften and strengthen the body and mind supporting the regulation of
our nervous system. A stronger practice that is available to those with a basic
understanding of yoga - variations will be given.
