Description
A creative sequencing of movements that links with the breath. In a led practice, we move at our own pace in time with our breath with some repetitive movement and then invite the body to hold in to some of the positions. The aim is to invite the body to become familiar with the shapes in preparation of holding. This is a mindful practice - bringing a conscious awareness to the body and breath, it helps to soften and strengthen the body and mind supporting the regulation of our nervous system. A practice that is available to most as variations will be given.
