Stretch and mobility is for beginners, athletes, runner, bikers. skiers nd boarders, gardeners and anyone who want to move a little free and easier.

Stretch and mobility is exactly what it sounds like, a bit of stretching, a bit of mobility and a chance to release tight sore muscles leaving you moving a little better and breathing a little easier.

This class is suitable for all levels

A creative sequencing of movements that links with the breath where there will
be an emphasis on our alignment as we build strength. In a led practice, we
move at our own pace in time with our breath with some repetitive movement
and then invite the body to hold in to some of the positions. The aim is to invite
the body to become familiar with the shapes in preparation of holding. This is a
mindful practice - bringing a conscious awareness to the body and breath, it
helps to soften and strengthen the body and mind supporting the regulation of
our nervous system. A stronger practice that is available to those with a basic
understanding of yoga - variations will be given.

Whatever your reason for wanting to join a yoga class – stretching, mobility, flexibility, stress release, better sleep, community etc etc – this may just be the class for you! There is no entry level requirement in this blend of different bodies.

Dynamic flow yoga is a faster paced flow class combining the best of a vinyasa flow class with functional movement to leave you feeling energised and empowered. This modified all levels option is designed to suit everyone with lots of modifications and alternatives offered as well as progressions.
