Hello, my name is Fabiola Alejandra. I share my gifts and passions, through the holistic world—a space where the mind, body and spirit live in perfect union. I began to learn new ways of relating to myself and my internal world between 2020
and 2021 after a super challenging and transformative process for me, a moment that led me to investigate disciplines and teachings from the East such as Reiki, Mindfulness, Meditation, Yoga, Ayurveda and more. It also inspired me to co-create safe spaces, full of love, healing and growth and free of judgment, for those around me (@tusafeplace_). I have been blessed to study in schools and learn from teachers who encourage me to continue contributing to individual and collective well-being. Among them are @IIN Institute of Integrative Nutrition, @terapeutaholisticapr Dr. Vanessa Negrón, @aeroyoga_puertorico @bodhiyogaschool and @trueyogaschoolindia where I recently completed 300 hours of training in Ladakh, India—incorporating Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Pranayama, Mantras, Yoga Nidra, and Dance and Embodiment of chakras to my expansive toolbox.
In my free time I enjoy sharing simple reminders through Always Reminders, a podcast that was born thanks to my love for deep and meaningful conversations and curiosity about topics that are not usually talked about on a daily basis.
Description
Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation and meditation technique that originated in India thousands of years ago. It is also known as “conscious sleep” or “yogi sleep” because it is performed in a state of consciousness similar to sleep, but with the mind awake and alert.
During a Yoga Nidra session, you usually lie in a comfortable position, such as savasana. The practitioner is then guided through a series of visualizations and affirmations to relax the body and mind. The objective is to witness a state of calm and meditative consciousness, where you can obtain greater mental clarity, reduce stress and improve the quality of sleep.
This tool has also been used to treat post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, and anxiety.
Come as you are!

Hello! I’m Arleen; growing up in Rincón my life and lifestyle has always been a coastal one and I was never far from a beach. I consider myself lucky to have been raised here and am thankful I can enjoy the natural beauty and little details. I love paddle boarding and was one of the race organizers with Rincón Beachboy for ten years. That crossed over into yoga at some point and I’ve practiced that for a little over ten years. I heard about Pilates ages ago but was a little intimidated, thinking it would be difficult and required higher physical conditioning. Thankfully, I tried it and realized that was a misconception. I loved it at once look forward to keep growing and learning more about healthy wellness practices. I completed Balanced Body training for instructors on Pilates Mat 1, Mat 2 and Mat 3, as well as movement principles and all these were given by second generation Pilates trainer Patricia Welters. Also, I've been trained by Sara Robles and Vivienne Miranda at La Paz Studio. I would be delighted to guide you and experience my Mat class with a focus on classic program. In this practice I've learned that no matter how varied the workout sequences can be, it is essential to return to the origins where you get to focus on balancing, controlling, aligning and feeling your body movements, to develop core strength.
To enhance your inner core, maintain your spinal flexion to keep moving strong and gracefully throughout your daily routines.
Description
Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs. Mat Pilates is based on the original exercises Joseph Pilates developed to strengthen his own body as a young man. Pilates Mat work originated before the creation of any Pilates equipment or “machines” used in the practice today and includes over 500 exercises that can be practiced anywhere. Mat Pilates can be modified for any age, body, or fitness level, and it is even possible to practice modified Mat work in a chair.

I am a Doula and RYT-500 Sampoorna Yoga, Yoga Nidra teacher. My journey with yoga began in 2008, it sparked my curiosity, but I didn’t take it seriously until I began experience the profound benefits of yoga practice. In 2022 I deepened my practice by completing both the 200-hour and 300-hour Sampoorna Yoga Teacher Training certification programs at Yogi Hari Ashram. Under the guidance of Guruji Shri Yogi Hari, I was given the spiritual name Shanthi. That was an incredible experience with results of positive changes in my body and mind. During this time, I also encountered Yoga Nidra class for the first time. It was magical and inspired me to become a certified Yoga Nidra teacher. I am gratified to share this practice with others, who are seeking for self-awareness, healing, mindful and healthy lifestyle or simply open to experience benefits of Yoga Nidra.

In my teenage years, meditation became a refuge, offering a sense of calm and clarity amidst the complexities of growing up. Discovering its power planted the seeds of a lifelong passion for well-being. This passion eventually led me to an over 10-year career as a personal trainer, where I witnessed firsthand the transformative power of movement on both the physical and mental levels.
However, it was a life-changing experience studying yoga in India that ignited my dedication to Kundalini Yoga. This powerful practice, with its dynamic combination of movement, breathwork, and meditation, resonated deeply with me. But my exploration didn't stop there. I delved into the ancient art of sound healing, learning how sound vibrations can influence our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Today, as a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, I weave these two powerful modalities together in my classes. Through dynamic kriyas (yoga sets), energizing chants, deep meditations, and the integration of sound healing instruments, I create a unique and immersive experience for my students to explore their physical and spiritual potential.
Description
This invigorating 60-minute Kundalini Yoga class is designed to cultivate physical and mental resilience, leaving you feeling centered and deeply relaxed.
We'll begin with a gentle warm-up to prepare you for movement, followed by a dynamic kriya (yoga set) designed to energize your body and promote optimal energy flow. Through powerful postures, invigorating breathwork (pranayama), and energizing chants (mantras), we'll work on building inner strength, stamina, and mental clarity, as well as gently nudging your nervous system towards a state of relaxation.
The class concludes with a deeply restorative sound bath using Tibetan singing bowls and tuning forks. Kundalini Yoga's dynamic movements and breathwork naturally prime your body and mind for deep receptivity. These instruments produce rich vibrations that resonate throughout the body, further calming the nervous system and amplifying relaxation. This harmonious blend of movement, breath, and sound creates a profound sense of well-being, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and ready to face the world with renewed clarity.
