! My name is Mariel Almonte, I was born and raised in the mountains of Cayey, Puerto Rico. I discovered yoga in 2015 and completed my 200-hour training in 2020. As a chiropractor with a profound passion for women's health and physical therapy, I focused my practice and education on the needs of pregnant and postpartum women. Along with my husband, Jose, I own a chiropractic practice in Aguada, PR (please come visit!) and we have a dog named Milo!

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic practice that synchronizes breath with movement, creating a fluid and seamless flow of postures. Each inhale and exhale guides the transition from one pose to the next, fostering a harmonious rhythm and a sense of effortless motion. This approach not only enhances flexibility and strength but also cultivates mental focus and tranquility through its continuous, flowing sequence.
