Description

Have you tried yoga and found it too challenging or just didn’t enjoy it? Or do you love yoga and want to explore a fresh approach? This class is for you!

Each session begins with you sharing your personal goals—whether it's reducing anxiety, addressing low back pain, or relieving shoulder tension. I will create a unique class that caters to the needs of all participants, making every session different and personalized.

Our journey is guided by mindfulness, self-care, and movement. Rather than focusing solely on holding yoga postures, we move gently and mindfully with breath. My attentive observation ensures your safety while prioritizing how you feel inside.

What else sets my classes apart? At the beginning and end of each session, I share an uplifting song on my guitar, creating a joyful atmosphere that fosters health and harmony.

Join me for a supportive yoga experience that celebrates you. Let’s embark on a journey of healing and wellness!
