Robyn began her exploration of yoga in 1993, long before the current yoga trends had taken off. She has continued to explore a deep yoga and meditation practice and has shared her knowledge with her yoga students for over two decades. In 2007, Robyn opened Creating Space Yoga Studio in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. It quickly became a thriving community studio for students who appreciated a mindful approach to movement and meditation.

Description

In this soothing Yoga Nidra class, participants will be guided into a state of deep relaxation while remaining fully aware and conscious. The session begins with gentle breathing exercises to calm the mind and body, followed by a body scan to release tension and promote mindfulness. As the class progresses, soothing visualizations and affirmations help cultivate inner peace and clarity, making it an ideal practice for stress relief and restorative healing. This practice is done lying down with our cameras off.
